Over the years we have created several tours that have been of interest to those interested in the incredible British locations that have been chosen by worldwide film directors. With each new blockbuster we create new bespoke itineraries. Recent successes include locations relating to the lives and the various adaptations of the works of classic writers such as Jane Austen, William Shakespeare, The Bronte Family, Agatha Christie and Charles Dickens in particular.Tours relating to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, especially the Sherlock Holmes novels and the recent films. Recently Harry Potter has come on to people's radars again after the release of the last film and with the imminent opening to the public of the film studios just north of London. The Kings Speech was also shot in areas around Windsor Castle.
War Horse, the excellent book and popular West End play is becoming a film with the involvement of Steven Spielberg and we are planning tours associated with this. Tours will visit Devon, horse charities and various locations in England, France and Belgium.
TV series locations are always popular and would include Downton Abbey, Lark Rise to Candleford, Heartbeat, Emmerdale, Midsomer Murders and classics such as tours associated with Fawlty Towers, Monty Python, Father Ted, Dr Who and even Benny Hill remain forever popular.
