Select will work with operators and agents to develop and implement escalation protocols and procedures for use during incidents that impact a program.
Select will proactively communicate incident awareness and advice with the group management, as determined in the escalation protocols, through multiple modalities.
Select will work with the agents to plan and execute effective responses to critical events as needed.
Requests for special on-site assistance or deployment of critical event response assets will be an additional cost based on scope.
These services may run from in person emergency guide/translator service to complete program evacuation and everything inbetween. We believe this level of expertise sets a new standard of reassurance and care within the travel industry.
Dedicated 24/7/365 Select Travel Response Center. This provides group management staff and decision makers, round-the-clock access to Exlog risk advisors who are able to provide travel, health and security assistance. Our Risk Advisory team will provide crisis management capability in both pre-travel planning phases and if a crisis occurs while on the ground in Europe.
The hotline will facilitate access to medical consultation services including one on one confidential tele-consultation for travellers with qualified Exlog medical staff. In the event it proves necessary, and in consultation with program leadership, we will be able to arrange access to the most appropriate medical trestment (additional costs may apply).
Select provides access to proprietary global incident advisories (Critical Bulletins) and in-depth intelligence products potentially affecting the university's interests.
