With a focus on finding just the right venue in both size and character to meet your objectives. From castles to stately homes, hotels to private homes, museums, theatres and sports stadiums, we can provide you with the perfect venue.

          Food and beverage is a vital cog in the machinery of any successful event. Our F&B suppliers are hand picked for their quality and presentation and we will always select the right supplier to meet the needs of your program, whether it is high quality boxed lunches for 1000 delegates, a private dinner on the Orient Express, or a gala dinner for 500 in a stately home.

          We offer a full F&B service, from the planning and execution of creative and unique events to recommendations and reservations for delegates on their night off.

          You can be confident that every detail of the evening will be carefully planned. We liaise between you and our chefs to produce creative menus and will happily arrange tastings until you are completely happy with the final choice of menu and wines.

          Our commitment to detail - seating plans, calligraphy, linens, lighting, floral and room dressings, entertainment and service plans – ensures perfect service delivery on the night and ultimately a successful event.

Working with our wide network of suppliers we will manage all your transportation needs from chauffeur driven limousines and deluxe coaches to horse drawn carriages, private steam train charters and private airplanes.

     We will create a detailed and comprehensive transportation plan to cover all contingencies, and dedicated personnel will oversee all movements to ensure smooth and seamless execution of your transport requirements.

All supplier contracts and rates can be made available for your inspection at any time and the rates within the budget are net of all commissions and fees accruing to Select Travel. Our management fees are quoted as an individual budget line item and are calculated on the basis of anticipated central costs and ROI relative to operational complexity.
